The annual IBA Insurance Service Survey has become the most important benchmark in the market for measuring the service performance of insurers to independent Brokers.
The IBA Insurance Service Survey will be launched on the 24th of November to members. The Survey presents a major opportunity for IBA members to review the level of service they have received from Insurers during 2016.
The success of the Survey over the last 26 years is down to it being continuously reviewed and improved by IBA to ensure its continued relevance to the changing insurance market in Ireland.
The results are keenly sought after by Insurers as a benchmark of their service offering to the Broker market and against each other. The Survey covers all insurers who service the Broker market and is divided across various sectors from Large General Insurers to Specialist Underwriters and Product Producers. The Survey also covers all the Large Life Offices and the growing Life Specialist Product sector.
The results provide a rich dataset of information and feedback to insurers on all the main service functions from Underwriting to Claims and from Staff Attitude to Sales and Marketing Support.
